Your information stays yours

• Your account email, and a display name if you enter one.
• The things you type in: tasks, subtasks, notes, habits, reminders, projects, goals and milestones.
• The subscriptions you choose to track: service name, category, price, dates, website and cancellation link, and your own notes.
• Your preferences: theme, time zone, currency, date and time format, and which reminders you want.
• Plan information: whether your account is on Free or Pro, and the identifiers your payment provider needs to recognise you.

• Card numbers or any payment credentials. If you ever pay for Pro, the payment provider handles that and we never see it.
• Bank logins or bank data. Life Admin has no connection to any bank.
• Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

Each item is stored so the app can show it back to you: today's plan, your habit streaks, renewal dates and totals. Totals are simple arithmetic on the prices you type in — nothing more.

Your records are tied to your account and the database only returns rows that belong to the signed-in account. Other people using Life Admin cannot see your items, and changing an address or an identifier in your browser does not reveal anyone else's data.

We don't claim to be "100% secure" — no service can. We do keep access rules on every table and keep secrets out of the browser.

• Edit or delete any single item wherever you see it in the app.
• Download everything you've entered from Settings → Privacy ("Download my data"), and your tracked subscriptions as a spreadsheet file from the Subscriptions page.
• Turn reminders and notifications on or off in Settings → Notifications.
• Delete your account from Settings → Account. That removes your account and the records attached to it, and cannot be undone.

Life Admin sends account emails only — confirming your address and resetting your password. Reminders appear inside the app.
