What Life Admin is, and what it isn't

Life Admin helps you write down and organise your own information: daily tasks, habits, notes, reminders, projects, goals and the subscriptions you pay for. It shows that information back to you and does arithmetic on the numbers you enter.

• Not financial, tax or investment advice, and not a recommendation to keep or cancel anything you pay for.

For decisions in any of those areas, speak to a qualified professional.

Life Admin never signs you up for a service, never changes or cancels a subscription with a provider, never makes a payment and never touches your bank. If you store a cancellation link, that link is there for you to visit yourself. Cancelling inside Life Admin only changes what the app tracks.

• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Enter your own information, and nothing unlawful.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

Free is available without a card. Pro is a recurring payment shown on the Pricing page before you confirm anything, and it renews until you cancel. Cancelling keeps your data and keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves the account to Free.

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it available and your data intact, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and Life Admin is not a substitute for your own records or backups. Download a copy of your data from Settings → Privacy whenever you want one.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the updated page will say so. Continuing to use Life Admin after a change means the current terms apply.
